Međunarodni program namenjen pravnim licima iz Centralne i Istočne Evrope (Austrija, Hrvatska, Češka, Mađarska, Rumunija i Srbija) sa ciljem podizanja spremnosti za finansiranje i jačanja društvenog i ekološkog uticaja.
U regionu gde više od 13 miliona ljudi živi u riziku od siromaštva, Marc Impact podržava
hrabre preduzetnike koji predvode promene. Program, koji zajednički realizuju ERSTE
Foundation, Erste Social Finance, SIMPACT i IFUA Nonprofit Partner, premošćuje ključne
praznine u znanju i pristupu finansiranju, pomažući pravnim licima sa visokim uticajem da rastu, prilagođavaju se i grade pravedniju i održiviju budućnost.
Kako bi uzeo u obzir razlike na tržištima među zemljama, Marc sarađuje sa lokalnim partnerima koji su zaduženi za lokalne programe. Međutim, svi lokalni programi uopšteno nude sledeće:
Skalabilnost, proširenje uticaja – kako definisati, planirati, meriti, komunicirati i povećati društveni ili ekološki uticaj
Finansijska održivost – podrška u privlačenju eksternog finansiranja
Poslovno modelovanje
Unapređenje prodaje, marketinga i slično
Kao rezultat našeg programa obuke, učesnici će dobiti:
Plan puta ka finansijskoj održivosti i širenju poslovanja – prikaz trenutnog stanja i mogućnosti za unapređenje
Najbolje prakse za pravna lica u vođenju preduzeća sa visokim društvenim uticajem
Jedno rešenje ne odgovara svima. Podrška prilagođena tvojim potrebama, sa fokusom na uspeh i rast tvog poslovanja
Individualno mentorstvo u trajanju od 3 do 5 meseci
Ukupno 15–30 sati individualnog mentorstva po učesniku
Mentori se biraju u skladu sa razvojnim potrebama učesnika
Kao rezultat našeg mentorstva, učesnici će dobiti:
Individualni plan razvoja i procenu trenutnog stanja
Mišljenje spoljnog stručnjaka o izazovima sa kojima se suočavaju
Naša brošura učesnika distribuira se među regionalnim i lokalnim investitorima sa društvenim uticajem.
Pomažemo u pripremi prezentacije (“pitch”) kroz stručno mentorstvo.

Ako ste dinamično pravno lice sa uključenim hardverom (ne nužno tehnologija), a ostvarujete društveni ili ekološki uticaj — Marc je takođe za vas.
Marc je za vas ako vodite neprofitnu organizaciju koja upravlja značajnim poslovnim segmentom i ima za cilj ostvarivanje održivih i rastućih poslovnih prihoda.
Marc je za vas ako vodite preduzeće koje zapošljava osobe sa invaliditetom ili iz marginalizovanih grupa. U nekim našim zemljama takva preduzeća nazivaju se WISE (Work Integration Social Enterprise). Društvena preduzeća koja pružaju usluge spadaju u sličnu kategoriju.
Marc je za vas ako poslujete u oblasti održive poljoprivrede, organskog uzgoja ili proizvodnje hrane, ili u prodaji i keteringu organske hrane. 💪 What does a rising impact ecosystem look like?
In Serbia, it looks bold, young, and ready to scale.
With over 30% of young entrepreneurs already building solutions that address real social and environmental challenges, Serbia is becoming one of the most active impact hubs in the region. 🙌
In the past few years alone, the country has seen:
• 300+ initiatives tackling sustainability, community development, digital inclusion, and mental health,
• a steady rise in green and circular economy startups,
• and an increasing demand for mentorship, funding, and regional networking to help these ideas grow.
To build on this momentum, the first Marc cohort in Serbia brings together 16 exceptional founders whose ideas reflect the diversity and strength of this emerging ecosystem. 🤝

For us, this matters. Here's why:
💪 Ventures led by mixed teams tend to make better decisions, build more inclusive solutions, and understand the communities more, they aim to serve.
This ties directly to SDG 5: Gender Equality, a reminder that impact isn’t only about what we build, it’s also about who gets to build it.

🔗 We’ve officially launched our second year in Hungary — and we kicked it off with an incredibly energising group training!
We opened the day with playful team-building activities that helped participants connect, followed by thoughtful discussions led by Éva Révész and Laura Sági on the business models and challenges facing impact enterprises. 📈 We also heard from Tímea Stverteczky, founder of SSH Szalmapaplan, who shared her insights from our first programme year.
👉 In the afternoon, the focus shifted to a practical, hands-on sales training delivered by Attila Ferenczi, founder of Reco Waste Management, and Zoltán Szegedi, partner at IFUA Horváth.
(With one very dedicated dog who seemed convinced he was the day’s true facilitator. 🐶)
The atmosphere was vibrant and collaborative, full of group tasks, new connections, and meaningful takeaways. And we’re only warming up: two more training days and one-on-one mentoring sessions are still ahead!
